Here are the steps that take place on a typical
transaction...

Application
The application is completed and sent to us
either by fax (800-843-2948) or via our
online submission option.
Approval
If your application is approved, a consultant
will contact you with the good news!
Consultation
A consultant will discuss all options available and help you decide which choices
are best for your individual circumstances.
Documents
Our processing staff will generate the appropriate documentation and forward it to
you for signature via fax, overnight mail, or email.
Equipment Delivery
Your consultant will instruct the equipment vendor to deliver the equipment to you and
to provide us with the appropriate invoice. A
purchase order will be issued to the vendor, if needed.
Verbal Acceptance
You will receive a telephone call, during which you will be asked if you are satisfied with
the equipment and if it is your desire that the equipment vendor be paid.
Vendor Paid
Only after you have authorized us to do so, the equipment vendor is paid and you begin to
make monthly payments.
